París, 31 ago (EFECOM).- La semana bursátil comenzó en negativo, con su indicador estelar, el CAC-40, a la baja, hasta los 4.652,95 puntos, tras perder un 0,47 % y dar un retroceso total de 8,45 % a este mes de agosto, que terminó siendo el peor desde 2011.
La caída pudo ser sin embargo mucho más visible, de no ser por una repentina tendencia alcista iniciada a media hora del cierre.
Con ella el selectivo logró recuperarse de los 4.624 puntos rozados justo antes tras un retroceso no menos brusco. Aunque todavía a cierta distancia de los 4.608,62 puntos alcanzados hacia las 08.15 GMT. Su peor momento del día.
El volumen de negocios fue limitado y se quedó en 2.800 millones de euros, frente a la media de 4.200 millones, en parte debido al cierre de la Bolsa de Londres, que celebraba su "Summer Bank Holiday".
Dentro del CAC-40, la empresa de servicios informáticos y nuevas tecnologías Capgemini permaneció estable y díez títulos se situaron al alza, pero sólo uno superó el 1 %, aunque con creces: el gigante industrial y tecnológico de aeronáutica, espacio, defensa y seguridad Safran, que subió un 3,68 %.
Las bajas tampoco fueron muy notables salvo para el gigante del acero ArcelorMittal (4,32 %).
Más moderados, aunque también importantes, fueron los retrocesos del fabricante Renault (2,28 %), la tecnológica Alcatel-Lucent (2,22 %) y el grupo de lujo Kering (2,11 %). EFECOM Expansion.com
